The Raiders haven't utilized his talents correctly at all. They always send him deep. He needs some short screens, hitches, drag routes, and stuff like that to help build his confidence. He is a dynamic player and he can be a real playermaker at the nfl level if you can get him the ball. I see no reason as to why he couldn't be great if he wants to be great. He needs direction and a confidence boost.

The guy bobbles balls and double catches in nearly every highlight. You cant coach natural hands. Though he came from a pro style offense, unlike Maclin and Crabtree, he still is extremely RAW. Louis Murphy has dropped a lot of footballs as a pro. At least, KNOWS he can't catch. So Louis stays 2 hours later after practice to catch an extra 200 balls to try & improve. He also goes in to work/catch on his days off.
