No, it's on a CDMA network which does not run on a sim card like a GSM network such as AT&T and T-Mobile.

CDMA has to be activated with your provider each time you get a new phone, you can't just switch out SIM cards.

I like it better, because if you lose your phone, someone else can't just put their sim card in there and use it.
