  • I'm use a Sonicstage ver.4 Software for Sony Walkman NW-A3000. I didn't use the Software Connect 1.0 from the CD.

    Please Press Reset Button or format Harddisk Sony Walkman NW-A3000 in the Options Setting

    I'm use Sony Walkman NW-A3000 3 - 4 years no problem connecting to PC.

    Sorry. If you do not solve the problem. Please contact your local Sony Service Center.

  • I got the NW-A3000 to, but I can't connect to PC. I see the loading screen like connecting bbut then it freezes, the reset button does not help, any ideas ?
