  • This is a great vid Joe! Not only is this good for pull-ups but also great for office workers who sit in a hyperflexed position at the computer all day. Almost everyone with neck and upper back pain suffers from weakness in this area.

  • Great video...scapular stability/muscle activation is one of the most overlooked aspects of upper back strength...great way to increase 1rm to all upper body exercises

  • i do that but make it 90 degrees angle it HURTS i get to about 20 secounds then im fucked
