@ReconMarine012 When I first saw the trailer it was reskinned chinese army uniforms, that seemed awfully out of place but with all the other stuff they're working on it's way too way too much to ask for entirely new army uniforms...

Yes, this was such an epic moment that I wanted to record it w/sound. I am glad there were no running water or torches/flaming barrels here, that would be most upsetting. The 8600m GT is just to weak for those effects.

6GB RAM & 4GB NAND (Intel Turbo Memory (Robson)) in co-op with the VRAM helps tremendously. Weren't able to run NMC without it.

I must add that Angelina was quite charmed by Orlovs palace. All that guilding and black marble was astonishing. Angelina had dire thoughts about eliminating him straight out, and take it for herself, but with Orlovs distress, she figured out that an alliance with him could lead to much more interesting experiences. After all, being a single ruler becomes quite lonely after a while. >:)

how can you play the game when it sucks that bad, my pc is a laptop and it plays this on high settings full speed on battery power (oh and before you ask it's an Alienware M17X 2011 model)

The video DO lag, I admit. It was recorded using Fraps on a Inspiron 1720 from 2006. This is also high settings, on battery, AA x2 samples, AF x8 samples. w/ NMC full textures, Max Bumpmaps, et al. The graphicscard is a meager nVidia 8600m GT, yup. Without fraps, it works much much better. I am quite happy. So if you're not doing any better than this on a 'new' Alienware, I petty the fool that paid big bucks and didn't know where to put them. >;)

i meant that my computer plays it perfectly, but i was commenting on how slow the vid runs. i just figured out that recording videos of fallout 3 at 60 frames per second the videos look really laggy (don't know why)

This is only an updated part of an the mod; 'Mothership Zeta crew', by Nylonathathep.

I do not know of any particular mod focusing on 'Soviet', sorry.

I won't go into politic semantics, but I do like the soviet-angling of fo3 that this mod has recently given us. I'd actually call it quite original.
