  • Do sit ups really help to lose weight? because i thought they just tone your stomach, i mean i have a podgy stomach and i started to do situps but i got told that doing situps just tones the stomach underneath and doesn't burn any of the fat away?

  • i do my workouts between 11pm - 2am, right before i go to bed (whenever that may be). haha

  • i dont recommend sit up if you still eat high fats food or you are do't have a job that will stress you enough to lose fat. because this will only increase stomach size related to less fat loss more muscle gain abdominal area. note muscle area in stomach is under fats so you need to lose fats first, if not it will push fats out thats make stomach bigger

  • Jumping jacks dont help you loose weight it makes the blood pump through bofy easier..... i work as training over weight people.

    So I need advice on the best way to have a flat tummy. What workouts work the best and fastest?

    Also, how many hours or days should I work out to see results within a year? I want a flat tummy by 2013 and then continue to keep it flat. I'm 4'10", weigh about 90-95lb, with a rolling around my waist.

    I really can't do complete crunches without moving my feet so can you demonstrate the best way to do them without moving your feet. Please.

  • I like!! You're not even tired after all that? I'll give it a try after my exams (which is in 2 days time). You look awesomely fit!! I've just started the 4-5 portion a day diet plan, and will incorporate some of this fat loss exercise into it. My goal is to have actually visible six packs. I've been doing quite a bit of sit ups, but they never become visible due to the layer of fat on top of it. It must take some really hard effort to get body fat lower than 5%!

  • actually even before i watch this video, i did almost the same exercise routine as yours.did it every single day at home and control my food. no midnight snack. and i can see the result in a month!! true talk!! :)

  • @babygirl05sexy Portion control is important if you're eating food that's not so great or you - processed foods, meat, dairy. But if you eat fruits, veggies, nuts and seeds, you can pretty much eat until you feel satisfied and not worry about portions. :)

  • @agiinka If you lose enough fat, yes your boobs will get smaller. How much smaller depends on your overall body shape.
