it should always be on.. it is part of the running day lights. (you are talking about the light on the front of the bike right? dead center and a bit higher than the other lights) IF i were you- i'd check the bulb first and if it isn't burned then check the wires leading up to it.. Hey, I got a CHM pipe on my bike(K6 Silver). Just an idea, take the muffler and cut three inches off. It will open up the bottom end so well it is unreal and gives a nice low deep tone to your bike. Sounds good! I love it!!!

Have fun blowing your engine? That comment must come from a truly inexperienced rider, or better yet, one that doesn't ride at all. These bikes are literally made to produce more power at those types of rpms. Do you honestly think revving to redline is bad for the engine? The RR was the first bike to be directly derived from the track, so if you think it can't handle that type of redline...think again. BTW, I own a 600rr myself, also with the race core RT one

Uh yeah it is bad for it...to redline ANY engine while NOT under load (look up "under load")is of course terrible for the engine. They are designed to rev, of course, but not sitting in neutral. Grab a brain.

Incorrect! It's a rev limiter meant for while the engine is under load, not idling in neutral. Revving these bikes anywhere over 6K (once again, while NOT under load) is terrrible for the engine.

..inverted forks, revised bodywork, 15 pounds lighter, a little more power etc for 2005, no changes other than colors in 2006.

2007, all new.
