People are calling the Usher sliding move, and that move actually came from Michael Jackson. If you ever saw Michael Jackson dance you would be able to tell that Usher uses MJ's style with a little of his own mixed in.

Ok first off the performance wasn't weak, the off beat comment may have legs.... but could be caused by lag as we've all found with such files from time to time. Yes the movements are all the same but after all it is a showcase piece. Hard to relax when ur obviously way too choreographed to enjoy the performance urself, especially when ur busy thinking about what comes next.
