nbaus, reminds me of why I play basketball, along with all the fancy dunks. If you can't dunk yet, you GOTTA start training. I highly recommend you to try the program I'm using - vert jump training (dot) com - I m 5 7 and I can dunk!
So my high school teammate nbaus finally told me how he started dunking, he s shorter than me, he s only 5 6 but leaps over a foot higher! So he took the training plan over at vert jump training (dot) com and gained over 16 inches in his vertical jump!
