You can only Scan Dash Jump in the original NTSC Version. Most players call the L-lock spring jump the Rodeo Jump. To Ghetto jump, you hug up against the slope and slightly go away from the slope, then space jump. And you can get the plasma beam with the L-lock spring jump (Rodeo jump) on the big stalactite in the Geothermal core. Check it out!

i did a sequence break/glitch run of metroid prime, i did a game ending glitch lol.
i picked up the ice beam early, i went stright to the thermal visor, and didnt pick up super missles. i cannot get up to them, the platforms are in, and if i go the other way, the big glass wall is still intacted lol. i fucked myself.
