People let their children swim in pools all the time, the chlorine may be slightly annoying but for the most part harmless. Also, cats can swim, I have seen cats jump into water willingly, they may dislike being wet, but it rarely causes any legitimate damage. On another point, that is an awefully nice home and pool for "trailer trash", and I detect a hint of prejudice for people who live in trailers, some people have to work minimum wage and cant afford their own place... how elitist of you
