Thank you for sharing this, my gr gr gr grandfather came from Ireland in the middle of the 1800s from Tipperary Ireland. It is hard to trace people from Ireland because of the distruction of so many buildings that held records. This gave me some idea of what the real Ireland looks like.
Ireland's beautiful in many respects, but does not have the wild and rugged splendour you would find in Africa, etc. If you've seen one Irish glen you've seen them all, but an African sunset is awe-inspiring on every single occasion...and never leaves you.
@MrAlban003 I myself was born and raised in South Africa. I have to disagree with you. I love my birthplace for its beauty and people, but Ireland has a magical, awe inspiring "splendor" you cannot find anywhere else. For me, the more of Ireland you visit, the better it gets. I guarantee you, if you were to visit Ireland, you will come away with memories that will never leave you.
@Echo19108 The song is called "She Moved Through The Fair". I believe it is to be one of the oldest songs passed through generations. It was written years ago, and is still performed to this day.
Can anyone tell me what the climate is like in these areas? My ideal is nice and cool or slightly warm. Down here in Florida its so damn humid and hot and nasty year round. But when i see the pics of Ireland i can only imagine a nice cool climate, not blistering hot.
Thank you for this video tessietots, it is one of the most beautiful I have ever seen. I have always dreamed of moving out west where I can lead a more simple life, free to contemplate, nature, the world, the universe and my place in it. Your video has made me even more determined to make that dream a reality.
The song is the traditional Irish folk song "She Moved Through the Fair," but who is singing it? My guess would be Enya or Celtic Woman, but I'm not sure...
@sugarandspice4815 Hi:) .... I actually put up her name and song at the end of the video... Its Loreena Mckennit and the song is called " She moved through the fair".....
I've seen Ireland over the Tv so many times I've fallen in love with it. I can't wait to put away some money and find someone to go with me and visit that wonderful country.
I was supposed to go this year, but my friend doens't have vacations at the same time as me :(

Beautiful, beautiful. One of the greatest ads for Ireland I have ever seen...you have the "sight" as far as photography goes. Leaves one wanting more...and there is no greater compliment to give an artist than that! Thank you!
i want to go there sooooooooo bad!!!!! these pictures just make me want to go more!!!!! but its so sad how there economy is falling apart : ( makes me want to cry
What a truly amazing photo-documentary of the landscapes of Ireland. I love the diversity of nature displayed in this museum-quality presentation. This collection of images uplifts the heart and enriches the spirit. Laura has a true gift of capturing the visuals of a lovely culture and recreating the splendors of nature in a slideshow for all the world to enjoy. The image that stood out most for me is the cottage with the pink door and the red gate. The flowers in the "Field of Gold" photo rock.
Greetings from the states. Never been out of the US but Ireland is my first choice out of the European countries . These pictures explain the very reason I desire to go to this wonderful place.
I have always felt a kindred with this land, I was born Sullivan, but have found I spawn from Doyle and Black as well. I am looking forward to the time I return to this land I feel kindred to, these are amazing and want to see these for myself, Loxyfoxy is right, Irish Pride, but this feeling is felt on both side of the Atlantic
It's amazing, very green and very pretty. Even more better then I thought it'd be. Living in Ireland is like taking a step back 1000 years in the past, in my home country Australia is very modern, hot and the people aren't the nicest.

I've been to Ireland more then once, and I go every time my parent's offer me too. Ireland is the most beautiful country on earth. I would move over there to live and retire any day. When I was there I saw waterfalls, lakes, rivers, mountains, streams, countryside, villages. I loved every second of it there!
Until medieval times, Ireland was heavily forested with oak, pine and birch. Forests today cover only about 9% (4,450 km² or one million acres)[37] of Ireland, which makes it the most deforested area in Europe.

we really do live in the most beautiful country in the world. i salute th person who made this video bevause it is his/her own work and doesnt give the most common and most well known images of Ireland they simly wandered off the beaten track.
whats the meaning of erin go braugh?? can somebody help me? Last year I was in Ireland and I felt in love with it. Landscapes, music, culture, people...everything was perfect. Greetings form Spain.
Hi there, you deeply touched my emotions with those sweet and marvellous photographs.. I would only suggest to use some kind of dissolvance beetween the scenes otherwise you get a stop-and-go effect rather than something sweet and delicate like the photos show. Of course it is only my opinion. The photos are great, once again. Bye!
Thank you for the suggestion. Ive actually come a long way since this video. Ive bought software that now allows me to apply these effects. I appreciate your kind comments.. Take Care :)
Perfect! So now your photo-videos have to be wonderful! I'll check the other videos in the channel. In anycase I love the way you look at things behind your camera. Bye bye from Italy!
