Endless Setlist is for Rock Band, Endless Setlist 2 is for Rock Band 2, hence the number 2.

You need to beat all the venues w/e they're called until you unlock Shanghai. You can find the Endless Setlist 2 there.

I played the endless setlist 2 once for vocals, because I'm the singer in my band, and my rock band 2 data somehow got deleted so my tour progress and my platinum icon were deleted with it.

i am on xbox. and yes that does count as a pause because it stops all gameplay. so if you are going for the bladder of steel, do not press the xbox home button or the playstation whatever button, because you will lose the achievent. i wish i could have used xbox home button, would have been way better on my hands .
