hey i just had an acl and meniscus repaire. i can do all the excercizes that your doing5 days post op but my doctor has me on cruches for 6 weeks. wondering why
Man,keep up. You should watch my video I have a lot them about ACL . My ACL rec .surgery was June 17,2011. I'm 15 yearold girl. My pain was awful but your wow 4 days after surgery can u walk?? That's good :) it does hurt a lot.. Keep up and strong!!
Man I had acl surgery on my right knee with hamstring graft on 8/13/2010 and I'm still not full strength. I'm scared to do to much cause I don't wanna go through this again. Id like to get out there and ride a mountain bike or something to build muscle but I don't know if I can or not.. Dr. Saluan of cleveland clinic did my surgery. Also I was on crutches for 2 wks! That was his orders.. seems like that made recovery much harder.. any sugestions?
this is amazing. i had a patellar tendon graft on my right knee dec 9th. i am now on day 5 and have been doing my excercises and using my cpm machine regularly but i still cant put very much weight on my leg.
just had mine yesterday. hamstring graft. i hope im in as good a shape as jonmhaver! looking good man!
