I guess you have to think about it like this. In other countries, what they don't consider "the norm" they tend to look down on. Is it fair? Hell no, but thats how some countries are. The poor getting the medical attention they need isn't easy either. It takes having someone who gives a damn to help out. He has one of the worse conditions of NF that I have ever seen and my heart goes out to him. I have the same thing that he does, but my case is what some would consider to be mild.
