Xbox 360 (four years old) and PS3 are obsolete and will never match the capabilities of a PC. Xbox has only one GPU which means the XBOX version of the game will be "dumbed down" compared to the PC version. TOO BAAAAAAD!

PC is always outdated as games are not optimized for the hardware. Consoles are outdated when the developers say they are outdated because every game is specifically made for that hardware.

My 8800gt isnt outdated yet and its running in my second comp which runs ANY Game except, Crysis on the maximum @ 1920x1200.

While you console fanboys play most of the time at 1280x720 with 30 frikkin fps and you're happy.

Even your new Modern Warfare 2 is lowered (visually) so that you can get your awesome 60fps, that an AVG pc gamer gets with higher settings and also cheaper.

Well 'protective' maybe, but that is cause console kids always scream out as if he console is made for gaming and is cheaper, well it isnt you need an HD TV + Console and games that cost 25% more than a PC game (sometimes more)

You get less eyecandy, lower resolution, more jagged edges and less fps.

While the avg pc gamer with an avg computer worth 350-400€ gets more for his buck.

Yes pc gaming is budget gaming, but a console provides you with a working machine that will run any game you buy for it. Which is something i rather like.

Oh forgot to mention, GTA IV, 25 constant FPS on PS3, 640p and medium details on everything compared to PC.

Almost every multiplat game is crap on the PS3.

Uncharted 1 is overrated and looks like crap compared to a couple of other games, Uncharted 2 is awesome but 720p and 30frikkin fps hallelujah, mgs4 those are like the only games I found fun.

The problem with consiles its, they get released brand new, have the same power as the gaming PC for the next month or two, then they are instantly outdated by a PC Breakthrough E.G. DX10 or Duel core processors, then consoles are inferior to everything for the next 5 years or so until a new one is releases. and D-Pads are for noobs WASD + Keyboard= far more better, and on most games online for consoles, they literally let you have aim bots Via auto aim, lol haxx

*sigh*... Consoles were never meant to compete with high end PCs, they're a fixed platform for a reason. Budget. Consoles help games reach a wider audience of the working class and tech illiterate. However this actually benefits console gamers as developers are forced to push the fixed platform to its limit instead of not having to optimize it for lower specs (looking at you CryEngine 2)

Likewise, the controls are also changed so they are simpler to appeal to a wider market (my 7 year old brother wouldn't know what to press on a keyboard) but that can also be a benefit (in some games) as I have always found driving in games easier with an analog stick. Keyboards may be "far more better" but in my opinion it is the mouse control that really sets the PC apart.

Yeah, so far i have seen no footage of the CE3 looking any better in any way than the CE2

I hope they have something hidden up their sleeve when it comes to PC cause so far it look quite allot worse than the CE2, i'm putting that down to the fact it's all on consoles but i would really like to see some PC footage to see what we really have to look forward too =)
