@micklat ....I'm so glad to hear that your wife is doing so much better. Unfortunately, the infection does pass on to the fetus. I have two friends that have Lyme. One of them was born with it and the other has lost her first child (at 2) as a result of it and her other child who is now 4 has just been diagnosed. Please keep a close eye on any symptoms your child may develop. Hopefully the child won't get any, but sadly, the chances are high. I hope the best for you all.

Additionally, it is my experience that most people who claim natural cures work, do not have bioweaponized Lyme + intentionally added coinfections designed to overwhelm the victim's immune system. If you have had undiagnosed Lyme disease for a while, it can be difficult to get rid of. There is no test to determine that it is completely gone & re-infection is always a possibility. Also, a Lyme-literate Dr vs a Lyme specialist that has a well thought out treatment program can make a big difference. You say this is your second time having it-I wonder if you just never got rid of it the first time around. Did you go to a Lyme literate doctor? They are the only ones that know how to treat Lyme disease. Your regular primary care doc knows nothing-do not listen to him/her. I'm gald to see you are keeping a positive outlook and attitude :)
