I think parents of baby's like this should be charged with ABUSE/Neglect. Obesity if a HEALTH issue and is dangerous and it's the same thing as not taking care of your child. Now granite there are some parents with children that do EVERYTHING in their power to make healthy for their baby, but I'm talking about the ones that say they will feed their baby anything he wants.
