you lost your tightness at the end while riding. also...not your fault but you were launched a bit to the right. also, try and pike at the end a bit more...itll make it easier on your back spot and bases
Oh i get the picture comment now lol.. Um.. you ride it a TINY bit less. But we have problems with riding too. So wait untill you hit the TOP. Focus on staying in the middle. Ride straight up. then once you feel like you cant go any higher snap your legs into the toe touch. then snap back. [: pretty good though.
After the toe-touch, you are bringing your legs together and arching, but your toes are pointing the the crowd.
If you bring your legs together, but pointing your toes down towards your bases, that would perfect your technique. Additional tricks will be easier to add with perfected technique, like full twists.
This cleaning of the legs downward also visually intensifies the toe-touch making it look higher!
The "ride" advice is excellent--that will surely help.
Help your bases' momentum by bending toss. The bases had you at chest level, and you lost contact--don't jump off--let them throw you!
One other little thing, after your toe-touch, pull you legs together, but not in the pike position. Legs should go down to standing position and then lifted to a pike position.
You need to wait til you reach the peak to execute the toe-touch. If you start to spread your legs as you are ascending, you won't get as much height. Also, keep your head up once feet are in basket. Good luck!
