1. I've never had FRAPS on my computer, so, yeah.

2. I've had this problem in GTA: Vice City, and GTA 3, so, maybe, try sitting there for 45-60 seconds doing NOTHING at all, then the graphics hould've stabelized.

the statue of liberty is not in the original gta3 but if u install the mod it looks perfectly on it. i got that, the twin towers, alot other mods. also gantzKurono u probably hav a bad graphics card mines work perfectly and i have mad mods on it. I had that glitch problem when i played gta3 for the ps2, no problems yet on the pc version.
