It is true that the quantity of potential "russian bride" lower with time but i think that quality increase with time. Now, you have fewer russian women who seek to escape their country only for financial reason.

Poor choice for the title... Russian bride will always survive... thing become more difficult for US but US is not the world... thing become more difficult for business because potential Russian bride don't need anymore agency for communicate with foreign guys... they have now internet at home and use MSM, skype, social site, etc...
These report is more about the dying of some business, about the new difficulty for the US citizen due to new laws but it is not related to russian bride...
