Normal people would tip about $5 in an average check at an average restaurant. So if you think we the developers, who are trying to make a living out of this, don't deserve even that. Yes your right, but then why don't they give people like us an easy way (option) to buy apps from the app store instead of having to use credit card details, and stupid gift cards which complicate everything, I here in some places like Canada they do not allow people to purchase stuff from the app store using gift cards, they only allow credit cards. That's just stupid >:-(

I'm Canadian by the way, and you can use gift cards now, but how can you be complaining about using a credit card!? It's not that hard to type in a number one time, it's way more of a pain to go out and buy a gift card for yourself. How could it be any easier then entering your credit card details once on your account? Those Appulo crackers are just losers with no lives, who think they've "outsmarted" developers.
