I'm making an important work call tomorrow and I'm very glad I found this video. I've actually had a counselor give me similar advice about dealing with anxiety (the exaggerated smiling and facial expressions influencing your stress level) and feel better about making this call now that I've been reminded of that technique. Thanks!
