Ha. Neat. So the spindle of the motor is chucked up in the dremel and the led's are soldered to the windings on the motor?

@jeriellsworth Yes, that's it. I'm not sure why the LEDs continue to shine when it's rotating at a constant speed. I was hoping to see something as it speeded up, but now I'm not sure what's going on exactly. :)
