You can run this with Skulltag as well if Gzdoom gives you problems. That has OpenGL support. This is heaps of Fun.

awesome! playstation store and xbox live arcade need to have a converted console copy of this game so that i can play it on my ps3 it would be so much fun :D

You can pick up PSX Doom on a few sites (eBay being one of them, those sorts of sites), and it occasionally appears in second-hand stores every now and then. IIRC, later models of the PS3 can still play PSX games, just not PS2.

As for the Xbox 360, you can download a virtually pixel-perfect port of the PC games for XBLA. AFAIK that version can't be modded, so other than that...

You could always get the PC version and download a few mods here and there ;)

I'd actually forgotten how many there are compared to the PC version, and at one point seriously thought my head was going to be eaten. But I wouldn't have uploaded that, because I'd look like an idiot!

actually u can play ps1 and ps2 games on the ps3 you can play any playstation game on a ps3 if its 60GB or higher cause those are the ones with the backwards compatibility
