@FAikYz I Dunno, I Reckon I can make 1 of these, The nose looks like it's just 10mm ply maybe thicker cut with a jigsaw & then painted then a gloss coat.Then it's just a bought wheel probably connected to a G27 base. Then you could just weld some steel piping together, Powercoat it black, weld some 6mm tensile steel towards the back of the piping, Buy some seat mounts from the wreckers & put an adjustable bucket seat on them, Then weld a 5mm steel plate for the pedals to mount on, not that hard.

Yeah, he's shifting. He'd just resting his fingers on the paddles themselves, something I personally don't like to do because you can accidentally shift while cornering, which can be disastrous! I typically use the paddles more like Robert Kubica does; in a very deliberate and controlled motion.
