robin!!! these are just too cute!!!! gotta try this! got my glue and foil...about how long does it take to let the full strength to dry clear? tried once w/ the glue slightly watered down, and i had a hard time applying foil - i even removed the back w/ nail polish remover. it was still too tacky??

@BrokenTradgedy33 yeah..foils are fun..they are also tricky..i get so many questions about them, its hard to answer them all, but it is worth it because foiling is great and beautiful :D

@akimit1114 it is polish and i know it is a claires polish..im pretty sure it is...i do not know the name, i did this months ago...i try not to give too many names because you can use what you have to do this design and do it just as good as i can.....i just want to teach the steps :)
