i work for Saudi Electricity Company. I locate maybe 10-20 LVC (low voltage cables) and 5-10 HVC (High Voltage Cable) every week.^^

Good Day! i have a sebakmt test van...i have a problem: inside i hear a discharge on gain 16kV pingpoint...i open the cover and i see the capacitors are bulging...

i vand buy new capacitors or i want test that capacitors!
