Typical FDNY recklessness. Taking a person unharnessed down 3 stories so he can get into her pants. Priceless. Shame his buddy didn't hit him with a halligan on the way down. Jerk. Leave the High Angle Rescue to the professionals.
We are the professionals. This is why we train to do this. You are probably some volly in some rural town that hasnt had a job in years. Your last "big" rescue was "high angle" rescue of a cat in a tree. Loser, get a life.
stopping yourself from jumping off the brooklyn bridge dosent count as a rescue. You should have killed yourself. Way to buff out the 10 codes, keep wishing you were on the job.
buildings on fire lets take the time to put a full harness on the and start a second line for then and tie the knot while were at it lets move a truck into position and set the ladder up at a perfect angle... 10 minutes later building is collapsed. stick to what your good at... being an idiot. btw im a volley. easy on the volly jokes we work just as hard constantly training... for free.
In the "lets sue everyone era" that just seems like a dumb idea. You still get to practice victim rescue, they just have a harness so they don't die

actually, jackarse, my last "Big" rescue was a jumper on the brooklyn bridge. stick to putting the wet stuff on the hot stuff. 10-75 THIS!
