I dont know if the video is fake or not, but I know for a fact that air bags can deploy because of the hit like that, especially in new cars. They have nothing to do with "decrease in speed"

true... however, the impact sensors are set on all cars to go off with 15mph of force and thats a rather hard hit.. not to mention, the guy didnt have any powder from the deployed air bag on him.

Looks fake to me, Airbags don't deploy because of a hit like that, they deploy as a result of a dramatic decrease in speed, when happens in many accidents.
Still funny though.
