hey vleermier whats ur face... would you by chance be meaning the grey company? because theres no such thing as a grey army... and usually the rangers from "grey company" are used in the armies of arnor, so if you wanna buy a scource book, youll get your info there.

It depends on how much you buy, you could create a force from anything such as £15 to several hundred pounds. I suggest you go to your nearest Games Workshop and enquire about the game there. But beware the staff aren't keen to let you leve without buying anything.

goblins dont cost much in point value so he could have more goblins i know because i have orks and uruk hai with pretty big armies and i combined them both with 600 points with gothmog, lurtz, and 1 uruk hai capitain and 1 ork capitain of course i won against my friends gondor and rohan army, i use feral uruk hai a lot

forgot about numbers of archers. goblins don't have enough bows total to volley, gondors are split up.

After the first and second turn, it looked like both sides could volley. Without seeing the next part, i predict Gondor will win. Goblin person, you need to use numbers! goblins, from what i have seen, (which isn't much, but still), just don't have decent elite troops. Question to commenters: what is a decent good force? i am leaning towards elves, but still not sure. ( i like elite and bows)

well,,if you like bows,, buy the army of grey cuz,, the army of grey doesn't have the problems with 33% bowlimit (every troop type (even elves) can only have about 33% of their army using for archers)

and the have lots of archers

@lotrperson14 dude. all i can say is start as soon as you can, also, if you have ,lotd of random units, you might want to try and convert them a little bit to maybe ,make up a new race or something. i have a few uruk hai orks and a couple of wood elves. i painted them all in the same pain sceme and made up a little background story so now i have uruk hai and dark elves who joined their sides.
