  • Grab the side of a building - likeaNavySEALboss

  • I guess navy seal wannabes are too tough for humor...:) what a pussy

  • @TonyFirelli once you're in bud/s injury is the only disqualification most people drop out

  • Hey! Thanks for this Videos. I'm from switzerland (So, sry my English isnt the best =D )

In switzerland, we have an unit in our Army called "Grenadiers". It is one of our Eliteunits and i want to join it in about 3-4 years. The requirements are very high and not everybody can join this unit. What i want to say is: Your Videos gave me a lot of Tipps for my prepare for the "Grenadiers"

    Best regards from Switzerland ;)

  • I wanted to join Navy seals but then i got bullet in the knee.

  • Stew may I say, Thank You for your dedication and hard work in serving this great nation! I appreciate your service that has allowed my and your families to live free! Thank you sir! HOOYAH!!

  • This is my passion... my dream... I have a few years ahead of me and I want to get my college degree but I have my mind set to either SEALs or the Marines. Pure awesome...

  • how much meat do you have to eat?

  • Spetznaz is harder

  • I love these videos, Its so funny how he does transitions between scenes. Bertstares camera then he is somewhere else. Fun Fact this guy Stewart Smith was on the show Fight Science where he sat in a vat of ice for an hour then double tapped a bunch of targets.

  • I pulled a muscle in my neck from doing the neck warm up... Guess i'm not Navy Seals material.

  • @NicDK91 Hahaha. That was pretty damn funny.

  • mute the video and see how useless this video is

  • @raigekiraiz the video is just a bonus dvd... it comes with his book "Complete Guide to Navy SEAL Fitness". And trust me, there is absolutely NOTHING useless in that book. There are however HEAPING amounts of pain crammed into every workout session as a special thank you gift for buying and trying the program at no additional cost.

  • @JUsTFoRKiXx619 ok thx for the info. but im not into this kind of training :)

  • Wow. It's like a bad 80's advert...What ya tryin to sell me huh?

  • It would seem that being taller than 5' 10" would put an individual at a distinct disadvantage. Meaning that it would be harder for him to do pull ups, leg presses, and push ups. However be better at running, jumping, and swimming. However, looking at the instructors and candidates, they look as though they are about 5' 8"-5' 10".

  • SAS trains off of Navy Seal systems and those "results" of who is best are from British military members, usually havn't ever tried SAS training. 2nd of all Navy Seal training has been confirmed by Russia, Japan, America (of course) to be the hardest training in the world. So of course quit complaining, if your going to complain about being a SEAL then get the hell out of your basement, you try running 8 miles on a beach on 2 hours of sleep.

  • R.I.P. Scott, you will be truly missed!

  • @214RyanD This isn't him, but much agreement all the same.

  • I'll bet this man is a great lover.

  • I use Stew's stretch routine before all of my workouts.

  • Are there more who quit in BUDs or disqualified?

  • For me personally, all these stretching exercises did make those hard training seems......bearable.

  • my friends dad is a navy seal so me and my friend get to go work out with navy seals its so awesome seeing them.. i don't like to bother them much but they usually mess around with me haha

  • are the navy seals the equivalent of the royal marines or SAS??

  • @chertseyboi Some people say Navy SEALs are better than SAS but I wouldn't know how to answer you.In MY opinion, SAS are the best in the world.

  • @USsemperfi98 Spetznaz is better than sas

  • @Snafu1OH1 No they're not. There is no overall "better". There is only the individual.

  • thumbs up if u used 2 do all that in P.E

  • @guthrow65 Good job sport!

  • That guy in the beginning just swam to the US from Britian and still isn't outta breath.

  • Not saying SAS is better and SEALS suck, but the drop out rate for SAS Selection is just over 90%

  • He finished the half-mile run in 1 second. THATS a f***in NAVY SEAL!

  • I can do all of these !! I must have good genetics for exercise !!

  • I'm not putting down the navy seals in any way, but I've done all of these exact stretches on a daily bases before and during my High School Football Practice, didnt learn anything new from this...

  • @1ricebirds its not the stretches that makes seal training hard

  • Excellent. Basics are the foundation of fitness. Too many people think " more is better " this man is not here to entertain us, but to educate us on basic movements to get you fit.

  • These are basic stretches, u do in any military not just seals.. heck you do those stuff in high-school football .nothing special about this video at all... And he guy us droll boring etc... Monotone. If this was a Marine N.C.O. or staff N.C.O. this video would be filled with motivation and an exhilarating period of instruction. Instead of boring like it is.. but the stretches are good so do em prevents injury......

  • I wonder how many people he's killed

  • @mrnobodygivesafuck: if they had the best then why do they lose pretty much every war or wouldnt have won with the U.S.?

  • these stretches are excellent

  • actually the british SAS have the hardest military selection of all special forces with 6 months of extreme training, selection, interrogation and weapon handeling with a 95% drop out ( with roughly every 200 candidates, around 5 pass selection )

  • @MrNobodyGivesAFuck

Jezus. I wonder what makes that %5 special.

  • How fucking old is this?

  • It's about 76%

  • I question 75% drop rate, pretty sure its 90

  • @ffox46 75% of those that actually get in to training... out of hundreds that try to get in... it's something like 100 of 1000 get in or something like that... someone else knows better numbers maybe?

  • i wanted to be a navy seal but then i wanted to be a movie star instead.now im just a drunk.fuck my life,....

  • @shoobee101 hahahaha the only easy day was yesterday dude, you can still join french foregin legion if over 30

  • @ayoreorurito i was gonna join the legionnaire estrange but then i decided to be a professional fighter in the UFC.now i'm counter help at the local McDonalds and still a drunk. fuck me,...

  • @shoobee101 Faggot ass mother fucker.

  • Best Special Forces in the world are Italians. They invented it and train the world.

  • Awesome!

  • I wanted to be a SEAL, but I heard I had to do pullups. I don't like doing pullups because it hurts my arms.

  • what a pussy

  • its not just physical fitness but mental Fitness

  • i wanted to be a SEAL, but my eyesight made me have to change my mind :(

  • 80% of the guys dont make it, i had a lot of crazy and strong friends not make it, no matter how crazy m otivated and physically strong you are, when you add that cold ass water and temperature, its a whole new ball game, its torture, aint no joke

  • holy crap i wish that they had guiles theme replace the one that they played it would have made it sound so epic!!!!

  • Can't wait till i join the navy seals.

  • The most prolific fighting force in the world eh,

  • Running in the sand is a kick in the ass

  • The Navy loses much money every year by those weaklings.

  • I love how video games/movie junky kids argue about who is better than who when real militaries do not even enter that kind of useless childish discussion.

This video is about PT nothing else. And Stew's great at it.

I'd also recommend Chris Caracci's serie of video. I especially enjoyed his "burnout PT challenge".

  • @Victortrotska It's because they are little kids man...You don't remember being one.

  • @TheLuotutin When I was kid I did a lot of sports and had some fun! I wasn't into that kind of useless bullsh*t! :)

  • @Victortrotska Hence, your anger of useage of cursing disproves you! You should learn temperment.

  • @TheLuotutin What link is there between the use of curses and temper? I love to curse that amplifies an idea very well :) Don't you think so?

Which expression do you think will best illustrate your disapproval about what someone is doing: "what the f*ck are you doing?" or "may I know what you are doing right now?" ?

  • @Victortrotska Anger is the throne of sin...And money is the root of all kinds of evil...You allow ignorance to allow it...And disobedience is as the sin of witchcraft.

  • @TheLuotutin So I take your avoidance as an agreement of my vision.

  • @Victortrotska Isn't that a personal attack? It sure is,and u is way out of line...You let anger rule your imaginations...

  • @Victortrotska Isn't that a personal attack? It sure is,and u is way out of line...You let anger rule your imaginations...Victor you is speaking semantics which means third personism...You are attacking with curses.

    Which is occultic katecho...

  • @Victortrotska I responded, its not my fault you don't see it..There be many a hacker on here.Hence your pride is my evidence anyway.

  • SEALs and PJs are the greatest.

  • what does PT stand for?

  • @Agent0range67 Physical Training

  • Its all about the miliary :)

  • i agree with mr ranger, except im not gonna lie i'm not sure exactly what side he's on.. but yeah - the SAS are way, way, WAY better than the seals..

    no offence ;)

  • i'm british through an through and i do think the sas are the best forces on this planet but i'm not gonna say the navy are seals are useless cause lets be honest they'd fuck me over without doubt :-) there both good at what they do

  • he's handsome

  • i would do any thing to meet a seal...i want to be a seal very very very badly

  • @abcbassabc then become one..simple as that.

  • has anybody read "nutrition science"?

i saw it on the web (trainersplanet) and was wondering if it's worth buying.

it supposedly tells you everything about nutrition and dieting that no other books have, like all the stuff you really need to know (how to formulate diet plans for each individual to burn fat AND grow, for performance, etc).

a body building friend recommended it as a must read.

need all the help i can get...thx

  • @mumeisha you MUST get it man..my results are amazing...its def worth the money. def! go 4 it!

  • thanks for the vedio it's good stuff

  • What they dpn't apply in these videos is that you have been awake for 3 days, before those 3 days you only had 3 hours of sleep, and you ran 17 miles through the jungle, and swam across the atlantic with a fucking piano on your back after arm wrestling a damn bulldozer. Then you do this.

  • @trouble1macker202 Don't complain, they could make you go for Chris Caracci's Burnout PT Challenge after that :-p

  • @trouble1macker202 So true

  • 6 months i thought it was only 2 months? if who ever put this video can please email me i would greatly appreciate it ! thank you!

  • 6 months i thought it was only 2 months?

  • he blinks alot

  • Who else thinks this guy sounds like Owen Wilson? :D

  • @heero7yui i do . . seriosuly

  • Your not serious? I always thought that hte first few excercises were just BS excercises they had us doing from 1st grade till high school but navy seals use 'em? Lol

  • @MusicMan53100 yeah, thats probably 1/4 of the exercises. Then to add to the excitement, you will be doing those exercises with next to no sleep. There will be some training evolutions where you will have as little as 45 minutes sleep.

  • I use Stew Smiths workouts. Mainly the cardio work outs.. they are fantastic. I am enlisted in the United States Marine Corps with high hopes of becoming recon one day. He has great Cardio Plans

  • @TheSpartanHealth could you give me a few tips on cardio workouts please, the main thing i have to work on, thanks

  • this is to wellbred. You don't have too be in the service for any amount of years to WANT to be a SEAL. However there are physical and mental requirements you have too meet to even be considered for a SEAL contract. for more info about the seals feel free to contact your local navy recruiting office, it was the best decision I've ever made.

  • the rangers, SEALs, green berets, marine recon, air force pararescue are all badasses.. enough said

  • if demi moore can make it, anyone can

  • @lorenzanthony you must be a idiot. There never has been a female in the navy seals. Your vision of reality must be screwed up. I wonder what other nonsense you nust believe

  • This is the shit.

Pacat ...

  • Can you join the SEALS straight from civvy street or do you have to have x amount of years in service before you apply

  • I need a complete workout routine for this. I'm going in the seals. any one have information? STAT

  • why do douche bags continue to argue about who is better? your trolling youtube arguing about something you have never and will never do. enter multiple special forces to determine who is the best? wtf is wrong with you people... especially the americans saying other countries has better sf and spec ops... what a bunch of fuckin trader pussies.

  • @MrRanger1987

    amen!

  • @MrRanger1987 you're name is mr ranger

  • @MrRanger1987 Argueing which special forces group is better without the research to back it is stupid but so is blind patriotism.Their not being a traitor if their never supported in the first place. There is a fine line between stupidity and bravery and you really can't tell which is which.Once you start taking orders and supporting the military without question it becomes a bad habit.

  • @ScarletNight666 How can research give an answer having no experience? You is making RANGER look ridiculous man!

  • @MrRanger1987 Man,it's based on missions...Hence SF wouldn't be SEALs or Force Recon...

  • @MrRanger1987 Man,it's based on missions...Hence SF wouldn't be SEALs or Force Recon...Ha,stew just judged metal heads about headbanging!

  • @MrRanger1987 You are arguing back man! How are you any different?

  • @MrRanger1987

You think American's trade pussy? Or did you mean traitor?

  • @MrRanger1987 your spelling is awful.

  • @MrRanger1987 shutup pussy

  • Navy Seals are the rejects from the Ranger Battalions. Rangers Lead The Way! All the Way! Mess with the Best Die like the rest!!

  • @tom99046 your mistakeing this one, Rangers are BUD/s washouts

  • Are you supposed to do all four parts everyday?

  • spetsnaz is better

  • @therick91171 go fuck yourself.

  • @therick91171 go fuck yourself.

  • @a7xobsesser7527 well no thank you, and still, spetsnaz is better you son of a whore

  • @therick91171 yes theyre better, but this is a SEALs video you asshole, and its a SEALs training video, watch a Spetsnaz training video, they make them do lots of bullshit like carawl through a pond of blood blindfolded, backwards, then do a backflip through a barbed hoop then throw a hatchet at something, their training is rather unorthadox, i dont think were having a giant over the top war any time soon, so go fuck yourself.

  • @a7xobsesser7527 *sorry for any typos

  • @therick91171 no not realy. spetsnaz got their asses handed to them in afganistan. and guess whos kicking ass over there as we speak... SEALs. so go play more call of duty dumbass

  • @a7xobsesser7527 Don't get me wrong seals are bad ass and are doing much better than the spetznas but spetznas are bad ass themselves.. Trained to take more pain than any other military force.

  • @MrBloodzvscripz yeah they are trained to take morre pain. but both would fight to the death. so wat else is there? they are both bad ass and ver7y highly trained.

  • @therick91171 not really

  • @therick91171 yes brother, specnaz is a lot better, we ownz u.s.a pozdrav iz SRBIJE

  • this guy went through navy officer school and through BUD/s with the dude that created the perfect push up bars and perfect pull up bars.

  • I have always HATED stretching, since school.

I prefer to do dynamic mobility drills instead.

  • haha i love how the camera switches and then he looks over at it. so old school

  • haha so 80's

  • rip david bourman he was a seal and he will be missed by all

  • This is the navy from fight science on national georpahic

  • Its been proven that static stretching = bad

  • OK well guess what, time ~ 0:31 ----- its not the most challenging... USAF Special Operations Pararescue and Combat Controls drop out rate is btw 90%-95%

  • @iluvwesto

Yeah, because not as many try out...

  • @l3lip doesnt matter, its not based on how many over all its based on that training unit

  • @bronco590

No - 80-90% of ALL potential BUD/s trainees drop out.

  • @l3lip whatever, its not toping off at 95% and its NOT THE MOST CHALLENGING

  • @bronco590

I would respond but you're too incoherent.

  • @iluvwesto no.....those guys are just p***ys. SEALs have the hardest training in the WORLD. only the legandery british SAS has anything even comparable

  • @SEALboy171 Heh. Its difficult to measure who has the hardest training in the wolrd. In norway, we hear that our special forces are the best in the world in winter war, and we probably have more winter training than most other countries. But anyway, no argue that the seal training must be real tough.

  • @Heikki1

You're right, it's hard to measure who's got the hardest training in the world... Anyone can claim anything. South Korean special forces also have winter training, but they do it half naked, and basic training is more strict and extreme than the American counterpart. In the end though, all these training are very tough for anyone.

  • @Heikki1 ya probably. i have a friend who is norweigan and he was in the army. is it true everyone there gets drafted at 18?

  • @SEALboy171 yeah, in theory every man should join the army for 1 year (18 is the age-limit). But it is like 30% that actually does it. The reason is that a lot of people come up with all sorts of reasons not to attend.. Personally, I think that the way you do in the US is better. You get motivated people, instead of a bunch that is justed forced into it..

  • @Heikki1 You see the thing is everyone in the United States is like friggin obese, so we dont exactly have as many military forces as we did. WE have recruiters walk around, and like motivate people. its a fairly succesful tactic.

  • this guy was on fight science, crazy bastard

  • @USNavySEALs34

yes.. the one that was submerged in ice water.

  • These camera angles in the beginning are hilarious.

  • That press press fling is a horrible and dangerous stretch. Can tear muscles like that.

    Dont do them

  • that's why you do them nice and easy and don't snap your arms back fast.

  • You should never bounce when you stretch, no matter what, even if you take it easy its a bad idea. Its fact and any sports physio or decent military PTI will tell you that.

  • @civicmike01

I do believe you are right sir!

  • @moviedude

    Thank you for agreeing mate.

  • they filmed this at fort hancock on sandyhook NJ, not to far away from my house. I wonder why they chose to film there?
