@larrigotton no they are not. High Pulls are actually the end of the 2nd pull. Because the 1st pull is only there, to raise the bar from the ground (not high) just below or around the knees. There's no way, that's a high pull unless you are a Lilliputian :)
is that 70 kg or something ? two plates each side ?

@collwatt high pulls are mainly for the 1st pull, hip extension and traps.

great extension weight looks very light for that type of movement though for yourself. Could have easily power snatched all of those.
