how do u add sounds to PENCIL? when i try to do so, it asks for WAV format and I dont know any sound software and recording software with WAV format that can be downloaded. pls help...

sigh, yes pencil is a alright program for animation, but to me it is lacking a better interface and tools. I got a kick out of it on my mac a couple years ago, I will admit, but for someone who has some knowledge of animation and wants to jump into a project, pencil is horrible for this scenario.
