i have been doing ballet for 7 years and my feet are just fine. ballet doesnt destroy anithing. maybe points can hurt your feet a litlle but nothing more.

i noticed your arches are very beautiful. i have a question tho. my arches are very uneven. i have tendonitis in my left foot and that is my weaker foot. my right foot has a beautiful arch and looks awesome on pointe. but my left foot is really ugly and half the time im dancing on the back of my shoe. do u have any tips on how to fix that?

well nother of us can help you but i think you feel bad on your left foot and thats the reason to suport all your weight on your right foot. so try "Padding For Pointe Shoes" by lisahowell2. maybe she can help you.

i´m sure you already saw a doctor by try one who work with bailarinas. i know he can help you a lot

it will hurt you go on your toes...that was demi point. but it hurts but you get over it...really stretch out your feet and warm them up first and you will be ok
