There is one more thing you might want to do. On your doors casing you would want to put a actual 1\4 in thick steel plate that has a hight of about a foot with heavy duty screws that go all the way thru both two by fours behind the casing. With only having the factory plate and screws going just in the first two by four it would not be tough enough to with stand a strong kick as it will just break forward. We had a door with just the standard hardware until it happend to us.
still awaiting for crime ref number from the police for the theaft of looting by police tax, fuel, gas, metal, wheels, and M.O.T tax, shoping food, CD player, phone, reported it to police but they will not give a crime ref number. eye rang the other S.O.S THEAFS they gave eye a number of the one who called the S.O.S to take the car from my drive way of my house.
Much of the crime being commited today is by government agencies, with expensive and sophisticated breaking and entry tools. Many illegal raids by SWAT and other agencies, some because of a wrong address, others over political differences between the home resident and the local government. One needs to go to great lengths to fortify against this new form of crime. Fixing a door is fine, but a joke when you can kick a hole in the wall next to it.
Or, you could put 6 locks on your door and when you leave, you just lock 3 of them. So when the thief comes he/she unlocks 3 locks, but also locks the last 3 locks.
A big dog, a big gun, triple locks, wooden board jams, window locks and wooden stick jams. Load up on wasp spray. One spray carries 25 ft., sprayed in the face will get into the eyes,... they will be screaming all the way to the ER. Keep one in your car. Keep one in a large purse when walking alone at night.
Keep your car keys with car alarm at your bedside. Once the alarm is set off all your angry neighbors will be calling the police & the thieves know it, they will get out of there fast.
$89 every month??? $1000 a year, $10,000 every 10 years, $30,000 over 30 years. I think there is some better security items you can spend $30k on than ADT.
Yes you wouldn't want someone to break into your house and steal your stupid red beret.

Those dead bolt locks won't do shit with a good kick an invader is in. Get some Door Jamb Armor or The Ultimate Lock

Good Job! But you should also consider insulating your door knobs or other metal objects so you can run 120AC to them.
Take Care
