Very nice Vic. I understand that McCartney wrote the tune and Lennon put the lyrics to it and sung it .... and the instrumental middle was written by George Martin. Such wonderful talent all working in harmony to produce a song that has touched the hearts of millions and millions to come !
@TheSirrahynot Great "Heartfelt" comment, with all correct historical facts. Yes a musician should know his Classics to appreciate music development and to judge weather things have really improved. Greetings Vic.

Really fantastic.
Good analyzing Daniel, that's why I like Mc Cartney,he always came up with those great chord inversions, I also use this trick in my Killing me Softly arrangement but there it's D/C (D with C in the bass), I like thinking as a bass player often,Vic.
Once again I find a great version of a great song .....thanks for the hard work Vic a gift of Music to hear ,an inspiration to all we guitar players....My applause

Nice job as always. That's an unusual guitar you're playing. Nylon strung yet appointed like a steel strung instrument with fingerboard inlays and a pickguard. Not what one normally sees on a classical guitar. Nice accoustic electric tone. You really give good video. Sound is very nice. Thanks for another inspiring performance.
Hi Karl, interesting comment, It's an Takamine CP-132 but I changed quite some things, like the inlays (not original) the pickguard I put on myself because sometimes I play some Flamenco and the rasgueos and golpes would destroy the varnish. Lance, something that works fantastic here is F#mi then letting the bass drop to an open E (which is the 7 of the chord) I don't know if that's original although Mc Cartney would easily do such a thing in his bass playing. What I did steel from Mc Cartney is the A/G (he loves the 7 in the bass) greets Vic.

Yes and I noticed you used the same device in "Killing Me Softly" with a C in the bass against a D chord. Really sounds sweet.
