Oh My God..what a voice!!! This song, the dance moves, the attitude...all reminds me how happy I am I was a teenager during those days. It was a different world--some good, some bad and I wouldn't have missed it for anything.

I can't understand why everyone slammed "Hair" when it was first released in 1979. This is probably one of Milos Forman's best movies.

It was slammed because it told America to take a good look in the mirror. Folks didn't want to hear about the ugly things that were happening in our nation: Racism, Viet Nam War (we should not be there) Interracial Marriage, Corporations & Lobbyists persuading our government officials, the struggle of the civil right's movement.
