Hey Andy, Great to catch this on youtube. This is Hurricane Kevin, I was there the night you got recorded for the Bowie TV station. You sound great and I hope to see you out agian sometime. I'm still hosting open mic at Stan and Joe's every Monday if you can make it sometime. Keep it up, sounds great.
I think you've made a move too soon and you should first learn the correct words before trying to sing a "King of the Blues" BB King song. It's "Keno" card not "credit" but you keep trying you might hit your mark one day.
Are you serious? That's a pretty harsh review, especially over one word. The kid is 13 years old, and we're talking about a live performance. Have you ever performed live? Anyone that has would know that forgetting one or two words, even mixing up whole verses, really doesn't matter at all. What matters is doing the song successfully and getting a good audience reception. You might consider that the next time you leave a snotty response that just makes you look ridiculous.
When you're on a public entity you open yourself up to various forms of ridicule /comments. Now there is truly nothing wrong with paying homage to a great blues singer like BB King but the reward comes when it's done correctly. You, must not no the song as well because there were several mistakes made, however I only referenced that one, I took into account trying the make the song his own, but it needs to make sense...if he tried to make it on AI & forgot 1 or 2 words, it would matter. cont
Now I do believe I said to "keep trying he might hit his mark one day" which clearly states that I didn't think it was bad just that he needs to learn the correct words. Yes I've performed live before and missing a word or forgetting a line would matter. And if he couldn't accept constructive criticism he wouldn't have posted for all the world to see. Now I'm a serious 'Blues' fan and would love to see him make it one day, but if it aint going to be done right, don't do it at all. con't
And besides I was commenting to the youngster not you. And since you don't know me; you clearly took my comments to HIM out of context, totally blew it out of proportion...STUPID!!!!! Thank you and Have a Happy New Year!!!
perhaps you should spellcheck your critical remarks when you are so picky about others ... "no the song" should be "know the song" :-) [family have to stick together on this]
No I don't have to spellcheck because I'm an excellent speller. I knew exactly what I was typing when I typed it, that "NO" was placed there on purpose like..."LACK OF SPACE" And it's evident that you have nothing better to do than to post a comment on something that's over 3 weeks old... and I'm done with the subject so you'll can continue to reply all you please I'm done with this. However, to Legoboy192, I wish you much success in all your endeavors.
Andy, this is awesome! keep it up mate.

Uh, I do love the B.B. King version, but I was doing the Joe Bonamassa version. And I'm to young to have a Keno card anyway...
Sorry about my brother, he's like that.
