@HaVoC6543 Yes but you don't necessarily need to use one. The pen tool and a mouse will work.

@lockianhound cheers yeaa, im already working with mouse and pen tool, im wondering if its any worth getting a tablet, because when i last used one it felt really uncomfortable to be looking at the screen rather than paper

@HaVoC6543 It takes a little while to get used to but I think the results are better than a mouse and it's more fun. Of course if money is no object, you could always buy a Cintiq.

Excellent tutorial and method. I always use a pressure-sensitive brush in PS but will definitely switch to this method for AI. Thanks for the tip!
