KPMG is a network of independent firms. They make that very clear and they are actually right. They only have access to each others contact data and intranet site and use the same documents. Other than that KPMG from different countries have different cultures.
That being said, you need to specify exactly with firm is it that sucks. I can vouch for RO that it does that very much :)
Good representation of KPMG's attitude to doing business. All style, no substance. I particular like the way the ICE unashamedly repeats scare stats that most in the know have discounted as marketing nonsense.
