hack the camera in the area with boulders at the begginning do not destroy it because later there will be some splicers that come in through there and when they do they will trigger the security system and you wont have to deal with them although its completely up to you if you want to fight them or not.

It's in his previous vids, so just attempt to watch them. However, you get it from photographing Houdini splicers to get the level 2 upgrade from it or something like that.
