You all are right on. The DJ should be a stiff backed mannequin and just play the music. If he looks like he is having fun, loosening up the crowd in the process, well, that is completely unacceptable. Boring DJ is apparently what you all pay the BIG bucks for - not someone who is comfortable having a minor bit of fun doing his job.

I take it back I can't say that about Freddie Mercury. He was a great entertainer. I can't believe anyone let him have audio gear and in a wedding reception! The fact that someone mentioned YouTube in this video leads me to believe that this event was recent. Looks like the DJ and videographer shop for their gear at Radio Shack back in the 80s!
