this is my dream right here. fly a ultralight.

i have heard you don't need a pilot licence to fly one, but i heard you need one for flying with two people.

my question is how do i obtain a licence for this, and how much is it for the licence?

my second is how much was the ultralight, including EVERY expense.

I am afraid of flying(heights)... tho when i was young and still to this very day i always thought about the skies and flying, day dreaming on how to built an ultralight plane and how it will perform i wish i had the the opportunity to learn how to fly :)

I thoroughly enjoyed your video, the more so because of having no added boom-de-boom "music". Brilliant short take-off, smooth picturesque flight and a landing right out of the text book. In my youth I thought that a Druine Turbulent would be the last word! But your nice aircraft would have it all over a Turbulent because you can take a passenger, among other things. Peter, NZ.

Great video, and beautiful scenery. I use a GoPro Hero and started by mounting it to my wingtip. Now I mostly mount it on top of my helmet so it sees wherever I turn my head. You head is a very stable platform for mounting a camera. BTW, check out my videos on MrSportyPilot channel

Great video - Enjoyed very much - Might I suggest you use the "Audio swap" Go to edit video and select audio swap - Then browse for a tune that is same length as video - You can also put annotations in if you want to describe something!

Very Nice...A skydiving buddy of mine took me for a ride in his Quicksilver MX2...it was like a 45 minute skydive...really awesome...I'm would love to learn to fly one of those...just an incredible experience.

Great video. Used to hang glide then paraglide then paramotor but the wife stopped me in 2004 after seeing an accident... Nothing ever happened to me in over 20 years of flying but I had to accept her wishes. (+ I am getting a bit old)

Now its scale R/C model helis and model planes but its not as good as getting your feet off the ground and thats why I loved your video because it gave me a "rush" - thanks for that.

Hmmmm.....USA today did an  article on these and called them "deadly flying gocarts"....LOL. I have owned many ultralights and find them to be safe and fun as long as you have plenty of common sense. Some flying skills are good too.

First of all, I liked the video. Second of all the camera sucked. It has a CMOS chip that made me seasick because of all the "jello-cam" stuff going on. Or was it the beer in my hand?

Anyway, a CCD camera only costs slightly more and will give you better results.
