I have to disagree.

I am a firm believer in people being able to joke/mock what they want., these guys are known for parody songs, especially ones that take the mick out of their professional sector. ShannonkinRN should be aware that all parts of that sector, including nurses, could be used as a punch line. If religion is fair game, why not nurses?

Joking about religion is much more offensive than mocking a nurse.

To carry on my point, shows like South Park and Family Guy use some very offensive gags, a significant number of people would find these offensive. However once you start banning certain subjects from being a target of comedy, then you should ban everything.

I love this video. But you might want to review the bit where you say "cause you know as much medicine as a nurse" as in my experience (and not just because I'm a nurse) nurses- especially the more senior nurses- know more than junior doctors and also know the patient better!! NOTE TO ALL DOCTORS- Nurses are your best resource, use them, listen to them and ask them for help/advice when you dont have a clue cause the chances are they will know exactly what you need to do/prescribe!!
