It's known for it's annual stock show and rodeo, one of the largest in the U.S., which also brings a great many country artist. I believe you would be hard pressed to find more than a few who don't like some country music. It's just like any other genre of music, it's about what the music makes you feel not where your from or how many people live in your town.

As I said before, yes there is content that doesnt seem to ever get taken down (finding the content and reporting it to Youtube for removal takes a fair bit of work).
