  • Nowadays young singers all start in one of those big TV-talentshows and will be replaced the next season with other young singing tv-stars. You download the songs and then delete it all when next years idols arrive.

  • The KING is onLy ONE :0)

  • Background singer on far right= Darlene Love.Classic show!

  • Elvis made such an impression on this special, that when a Brigitte Bardot special (type in "Special Bardot" to see selected clips) aired right after the original screening of this show on 12/3/68, many viewers considered her effort a disappointment and letdown. Especially considering who she came after.

  • Im Elvis Presley Resurrection

  • there is no one like Elvis Forever #1 Always God bless him!!!

  • @vELVISv was there a 69 comeback special? just my mate has the dvd and wanted the audio put on cd, but i'm sue he said 69 :)

  • am not gay but id turn xx

  • The black outfits those dancers are wearing looks like the Cossack Outfit Elvis wore at his 1ST engagement at the International Hotel in August '69.

  • He is the MASTER!!!!

  • 68 to 70, his best performance ... the best of all times, el mejor de todos los tiempos habidos y por haber ... inigualable.

  • uh oh, the girl at 9:10 is about to pop, someone call security in..

  • elvis is great!!!!

  • Elvis is stil alive.is 76 years old right now!

  • @louiselvis Elvis will be alive for thousands of years :)

  • I kinda thought that he was showing how rock and roll had evolved from gospel.

  • My favorite part. You'd never know he hadn't performed in so long. It's a shame he spent so long a time making crap movies instead of doing what he loved. Long live The King!

  • This is awesome..!! one of my fav parts of the show

  • excelente

  • Elvis ROCKS!!! and always will!!!

  • i love the songs, but you see he will be happy when he finished this boring show part..

  • @TomCrady Um this part of the show was his choice, he loved gospel music and this is his homage to it...wow...didn't you know that?

  • @grebel82 i know he love the gospel style, but he looks like he dont like making this show standing there like a old folk music tree of the 18th century. think the "move" was not his choice

  • @TomCrady Well, I would suggest watching documentaries or reading about the making of the show. Steve Binder was determined to let Elvis do what he wanted to do, rather than what the colonel wanted...

Gospel is one of the roots of rock and roll, it's spiritual, church music and Elvis was raised in the church. I'm pretty sure he would naturally move differently when singing gospel than when singing rock and roll...

This show is one where you see Elvis being himself,.

  • @grebel82

maybe is my english not the best to discribe what i mean

sure you re right. but he also stand s there as there come some rock n roll

we re both great fans...think we re finished here and go back enjoying everything we find about

    him.

    rock on
