Nice lesson Joop,I love the phrygian mode and use it quite a lot in my playing. A nice rhythmic figure. Check out my fingerstyle own composition I made in Spain called : Sangre de Flores. The first chord is in B phrygian (Bmi-9) a real Flamenco chord,tell me what you think,groet,Vic.

yes vic it's a versatile sound that is applicable on more stuff..here i presented a more heavy example..
