No, you'll be in the regular 2-cabin plane, which has domestic first class and economy. The premium seats are only on SFO/LAX-JFK routes, and are on specially configured three cabin aircraft, which means they have First, Business, and Economy.
Too bad United has really cut back on the p.s. service. It is known as pure sh*t now because there is no longer chocolates or sparkling wine and only one choice of red or white and not enough personal media players for every passenger! Also the airline took off the 6th flight attendant and made it a tray serivice in first class instead of the multiple course menu served from the cart in the aisle.
I flew first class on a p.s. flight between JFK and SFO today and would recommend it. I've also flown business on p.s. in the past, and I have no complaints. I haven't noticed a drop-off in service. Service was good and friendly, bed was comfortable, and it was overall a very good flight. I'm not quite sure what agjackso was talking about: I was served both chocolate and sparkling white. I certainly think everyone had a media player who wanted one.
