Bill Clinton and Ronald Reagan maintained the highest average domestic approval ratings. Abraham Lincoln was president before they used polling, so you have no way of knowing that. I thought I remember ARNOLD winning an election? To even be considered just because you drop your name? Didn't ARNOLD work for a living? I'm all for putting it to a vote....but in this case I guess Caroline DaDaDa you know DaDaDa get's special consideration which includes no SNL skit with Tina Fey impersonating how stupid she is.
